The entire concept of the Wrangler was reviewed in this fifth generation, called JL. It retains the grill, the optics and the proportions of the most famous 4 × 4 in the world, but each piece was completely redesigned. For starters, most of the body panels are made of aluminum and magnesium, to save weight and save fuel.
The interior is brand new, but recognizable as Wrangler from the first glance.
